Kefalonia Day Tours

This excursion gives the visitor the opportunity to fully explore the island. First we head to the monastery of Agios Gerasimos, patron saint of Kefalonia. Then we will taste the local wine variety, Robola in the cooperative of producers of the area. We will visit two amazing spots of Kefalonia, the cave of Drogarati and the lake cave of Melissani, where we will go boating in the underground lake and admire the numerous stalactites and stalagmites. After that we will go to the beautiful traditional village of Agia Efimia just before arriving above Myrtos beach for photos. The endless blue combined with the green mountains will amaze you. In the end we will visit the cosmopolitan villages of Assos and Fiskardo, the only ones have saved some of their wonderful old buildings from the earthquakes of 1953 while maintaining their authentic traditional character.
